to Dr. Judd on his induction into the Pierre Fauchard Academy in San Francisco Saturday, September 7, 2019.
Pierre Fauchard was a French physician, credited as being the “father of modern dentistry”. He is widely known for writing the first complete scientific description of dentistry, Le Chirurgien Dentiste (“The Surgeon Dentist”) , published in 1728.
Dr. Fauchard served others by sharing his knowledge, for the betterment of all.
